Blom Neenah Arnold Orval Blom, beloved husband, father, grandfather, pastor, friend and child of God, was born July 29, 1920, to Christ and Gena (Erickson) Blom in Lessor Township, Wis. He passed away on Saturday, September 16, 2000, at the age of 80. After graduating from Pulaski High School, he attended St. Olaf College in Northfield, receiving a degree in education. He then attended Luther Seminary in St.

Paul, receiving a master's of divinity degree. While at seminary, he was united in marriage with Carol Graalum on May 27, 1945, in Enderlin, N.D. He served as an ALC pastor for churches in Eau Claire; Wild Rose, N.D.: Colton, S.D.: and Cloquet, Minn. He also served as an assistant to the bishop of the ALC in northern Minnesota and as a chaplain at Valley Memorial Nursing Homes in Grand Forks, N.D., retiring in 1987. He and Carol moved to Neenah in October of 1998.

He is survived by one sister, Ann Boston of Evanston, his wife Carol, five children, Ann (Jonathon) Sorum of Bratislava, Slovakia; David (Karen) of Alexandria, Philip (Sue) of Neenah, Ruth of Hastings, and Beth (George) Files of Neenah; 10 grandchildren; one grandson-in-law; and one great -grandson. Arnold his was preceded in death by parents, Christ and Gena, and 12 brothers and sisters: Rachel, Hans, Adolph, Harry, Hildor, Lawrence, Clarence, Gustave, James, Dorothy and Pearl. Arnold Blom's life was sustained by Christ's love. Making Christ's love known was his purpose. Therefore, the "Blom Memorial for Missions" has been established.

Any memorial gifts that are received will be included in this endowment fund, in order to help spread the love of Christ all over the world, wherever there are mission endeavors. There will be a prayer service at 6 p.m. today, followed by a visitation until 8 p.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 200 N.

He was born November 7, 1970 to John F. and Joanne M. (Wimberger) Cox, in Neenah and was an area resident all of his life. Jeff graduated from Neenah High School in 1989. He was well loved by his many friends and family.

Jeff spent much of his time doing volunteer work with the local food pantries and helped the less fortunate. Jeff loved working as a DJ at various functions and was an avid collector of music memorabilia. In his spare time, Jeff enjoyed writing music and even had several songs published. He enjoyed going up to the lake by his parent's home and spending time fishing and doing other water activities. Survivors include his parents, John and Joanne Cox, Townsend; a sister and brother-in-law, Tammy and John Peer, Green Bay; a brother, Tyrone Humphreys, Oshkosh; two grandmothers and a step grandfather, Melba Cox, Neenah; Elmer and Marcella Bork, Townsend; aunts and uncles: Robert and Penny Cox, Menasha; Keith and Sue Cory, Oshkosh; Richard and Wendy Wimberger, Lakewood; and numerous cousins.

He was preceded in death by two grandfathers: Roy Cox and Joseph Wimberger. Funeral services for Jeffery will be held at 7:00 p.m. Monday, September 18, 2000 at the funeral home with Father Michael O'Rourke officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery, Kaukauna.

Myers, Florida and her eight children; Nancy (Jeremiah Cahill) Lynch of Madison, Michael (Dee) Lynch of Neenah, Wisconsin, Mary (Michael) McLaughlin of Hailey, Idaho, Monica (Robert) Mechling of Hudson, New York, Sally (Thomas) McMahon of Soldier's Grove, Wisconsin.

Anne (Garth) King of Preston, Idaho, Mark (Donna) Lynch of Sauk City, Wisconsin and Roberta (Keith) Peterson of Rolling Meadows, Illinois. She is further survived by 16 grandchildren, one great grandchild, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in 1 death by her parents, four brothers, John, Carl, Peter, and Thomas; and six sisters, Elizabeth, Mary, Margaret, Lois, Dorothy and Monica. Services will be private. Elizabeth's Hospital following a courageous battle with cancer. He was born December 17, 1944, in Appleton, son of Florian and Estelle (Striegel) Moehring. On January 7, 1967, Bob married the former Kathleen "Kaye" Hebel at St. Sebastion Catholic Church in Isaar. The couple resided in the Town of Freedom area their entire married lives.

Bob was employed at Bill's Auto in Little Chute. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and auto racing. He was a man very dedicated to his family and loved spending time with his grandchildren. Bob was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Freedom, and was a past member of the Army Reserves.

Survivors include his wife, Kathleen, Freedom, a daughter and son-in-law and their family, Melissa L. (Paul) Richards and Melissa Jesse and Katelyn Rose, Freedom; two sons and a daughter-in-law and their families: Bob Moehring Jr. and special friend Amber Biljan and Joey, Freedom, Rick E. (Sharon) Moehring and Jordon James, Little Chute; his mother, Estelle of Seymour; four brothers and three sisters-in-law: Bill (Ginny), Freedom, Jerry (Joann), Mountain, Don (Linda), Freedom, and David, Little Suamico; two sisters and two brothers-in-law: Janice (Jerry) Henn, LaVonne and one great-great-grandchild.
